Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pat the salmon fillet completely dry with paper towels and place it skin-side down (if applicable) on the prepared sheet.
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, dill, paprika, salt, and pepper to form a paste.
Squeeze the juice from half the lemon evenly over the salmon fillet.
Spread the herb-garlic paste evenly over the top of the salmon.
Thinly slice the remaining lemon half and arrange the slices on top of the salmon.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
