Method
- Pat chicken wings completely dry with paper towels.
- In a large bowl, mix baking powder and all seasonings.
- Toss the dry wings in the seasoning mix until fully coated.
- Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 380°F (193°C) for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Increase heat to 400°F (204°C) and air fry for 5-8 more minutes until golden and crispy.
- Rest for 1 minute before tossing in sauce or serving as is.
