Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb thinly sliced beef sirloin or flank steak
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 bell pepper, julienned
  • 1 small zucchini, julienned
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooking twine or toothpicks (for securing rolls)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the filling: Julienne the carrot, bell pepper, and zucchini. Set aside.
  • Tenderize beef: Lightly pound the beef slices if necessary to ensure they are thin and even
  • Season: In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Marinate the beef slices in this mixture for 10–15 minutes.
  • Assemble rolls: Place a few vegetable strips on one end of each beef slice. Roll tightly and secure with twine or a toothpick.
  • Cook: Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear beef rolls on all sides until browned, about 5–7 minutes total. Lower heat and cook for an additional 10–12 minutes until vegetables are tender and beef is cooked through.
  • Serve: Let rest briefly before serving. Slice in half for presentation if desired.
