  • 1 pound sirloin or ribeye steak cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

  1. Pat steak cubes dry with paper towels. Toss with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  2. Heat olive oil in a hot skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add steak bites in a single layer and sear for 2 to 3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
  4. Add garlic and Worcestershire sauce during the last minute of cooking and stir quickly.
