  • - 2–3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce + 1 tbsp sauce
  • - 3 garlic cloves minced
  • - 2 tbsp lime juice
  • - 2 tbsp olive oil
  • - 1 tsp cumin
  • - 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • - 1 tsp chili powder
  • - 1 tsp salt
  • - ½ tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Blend chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, garlic, lime juice, olive oil, cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  2. Pour marinade over chicken in a bowl or zip bag, toss to coat evenly, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 8 hours.
  3. Cook chicken using your preferred method:
  4. - Skillet: Medium-high heat, 6–7 min per side
  5. - Grill: 400°F, 5–6 min per side
  6. - Oven: 400°F, 20–25 min
  7. Ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  9. Serve in tacos, bowls, salads, or enjoy as-is.
