Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish
  • Optional: chopped chives or parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  • Once boiling, cover with a lid, remove from heat, and let sit for 10 minutes.
  • Drain hot water and transfer eggs to an ice bath to cool completely.
  • Peel eggs and slice each in half lengthwise.
  • Remove yolks and place them in a bowl. Mash until smooth.
  • Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy.
  • Spoon or pipe the filling into the egg white halves.
  • Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with chives or parsley if desired.
  • Chill until ready to serve.
