Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers, or broccoli)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Rinse brown rice thoroughly and cook it with water until tender.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and cook for a few minutes until slightly tender.
  4. Stir in cooked rice and soy sauce.
