Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • ¾ cup light coconut milk
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt (optional for creaminess)
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • 1 tsp Optional: chia seeds or flaxseeds for added nutrition

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients (pineapple, blueberries, banana, coconut milk, yogurt, shredded coconut, and ice cubes) into a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy
  3. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash of coconut milk or water to adjust consistency.
  4. Taste and adjust – add more banana for sweetness or coconut milk for creaminess.
  5. Pour into glasses and optionally top with extra shredded coconut or blueberries.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy chilled.
