Method
- Add all ingredients (pineapple, blueberries, banana, coconut milk, yogurt, shredded coconut, and ice cubes) into a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash of coconut milk or water to adjust consistency.
- Taste and adjust – add more banana for sweetness or coconut milk for creaminess.
- Pour into glasses and optionally top with extra shredded coconut or blueberries.
- Serve immediately and enjoy chilled.
