Method
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, orange juice, garlic, and all spices.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag or container and pour the marinade over them.
- Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours).
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken for about 6–8 minutes per side, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with cilantro if desired.
