Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups chopped romaine lettuce (optional, traditional version excludes)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and olives.
  • If using lettuce, place it as a base layer or mix it with the vegetables.
