- Wash, hull, and halve the fresh strawberries.
- Add strawberries, white rum, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup to a blender.
- Add 1 cup of crushed ice to the blender.
- Blend on high for 20–30 seconds until smooth and slushy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with more syrup or tartness with more lime juice.
- Pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a fresh strawberry on the rim or a lime wheel.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
