- In a bowl, combine the flaked salmon, egg, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, green onions, garlic, and parsley.
- Season the mixture with salt and black pepper.

- Shape the mixture into small round patties.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place the patties in the pan and cook for about 4–5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the pan and serve warm with lemon wedges or a dipping sauce.
