  • 1 box 15.25 oz strawberry cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries chopped (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix strawberry cake mix, eggs, water, and oil until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle white chocolate chips and chopped strawberries evenly over the batter.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese, melted butter, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the cake batter.
  7. Lightly swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect. Do not fully mix.
  8. Bake for 40–45 minutes, until edges are set and the center is slightly gooey.
  9. Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
